Journey to this strange and colorful valley to explore among the goblins. The landscape at Goblin Valley State Park is covered with sandstone goblins and formations, which many compare to Mars. Four established hiking trails offer unique and spectacular views of the landscape.
Goblin’s Lair, a popular canyoneering location is a 70 foot natural sandstone cave on the east side of Goblin Valley that can be reached by a short hike through the goblins.
Carmel Canyon is a 1.5 moderate loop that leads from the parking area.
Entrada Canyon is a 1.3 mile one-way trail that starts from the campground to the goblins and back.
Curtis Bench is a fairly easy 2.1 mile out-and-back trail that offers spectacular views of the Henry Mountains.
