We provide evidence-based mental health treatment. Evidence-based means there is evidence or proof that the treatment is effective. Evidence-based treatments have been very effective in treating child traumatic stress and can be altered to meet each child’s needs.

Understanding Child Trauma
Child traumatic stress occurs when children are exposed to traumatic events or situations, and this exposure overwhelms their ability to cope with what they experienced.
Types of Trauma Treatment
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
- Sandplay Therapy
Qualified Ages & Cost
- Children age 4-18 years
- Adult victims of child abuse
- There is no cost for participants.
